SPA POLICIES

HOURS OF OPERATION

Glo Spa and its facilities are open Wednesday - Monday from 10 am – 7 pm. 

Reservations are suggested and strongly recommended to be made 1-2 weeks in advance. Walk-ins are welcome and our team will do our best to accommodate. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.   A credit card is required to reserve all appointments.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We require a credit card for all appointments and at least 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling to avoid being charged 100% of your treatment. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of all services booked.  No shows will be charged 100% of all services booked.

 

TREATMENT TIME & ARRIVAL

Please arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so you can fill out your paperwork, relax and make full use of the facilities. Regretfully, if you are late for an appointment, we may need to shorten your treatment time to be on schedule for the next guest.

 

CELL PHONES, PERSONAL ELECTRONIC DEVICES AND CAMERAS

We strive to provide our guests with a peaceful and private escape from the outside world. Please help us by turning off cell phones, personal electronic devices and cameras upon entering the spa.

 

PREGNANCY MASSAGE

Women in the first trimester of pregnancy cannot receive massage due to great potential risk to mother and baby.

 

QUIET AREA

Please respect the right to a quiet atmosphere for all guests. 

 

WHAT TO WEAR

Robes and slippers are provided for your convenience as well as a locker. Professional draping is performed throughout services.  

 

MEDICAL CONCERNS AND COMFORT LEVEL

Please notify the spa staff when booking if you are taking medications, have hypertension, allergies, injuries or are pregnant.
